The Sullivan Sweatshirt PDF Pattern

The Sullivan is a loose fitting, cropped sweatshirt featuring ruffles running front to back along the low shoulder, neck and waist finished with bands and two sleeve options. View A has a long sleeve finished with a cuff. View B is sleeveless and the armhole is finished with a narrow band. Style with high waisted jeans, sweats, or a cute skirt in summer!

Sweatshirt body in stretch knits only: sweatshirt fleece, french terry.
Ruffle in lightweight wovens: cotton lawn, poplin, viscose challis, lightweight chambray. Fabrics with more body will give you a more dramatic ruffle, silkier drape fabrics will give you a softer ruffle.
